I loveee watching Call the Midwife, this scene is hilarous. Miranda Hart brings out the comedy of the programme. I also find this programme really educational because it shows you what it used to be like.

A normal day at work

That horrible feeling when realisation dawns on...
Here I was waking up at half 5 in the morning, I was still half asleep.
I thought I was still at my boyfriend’s house so I started to look for him to snuggle up to but he wasn’t there…
I started to panic, I COULDN’T FIND HIM!
Then it dawned on me, I’m at home…all by myself…
What a horrible feeling :(
